No pigeons are abused, harmed, or taken advantage of in the creation and delivery of our service.

All features and services provided should be used for lawful purposes only. These services are provided "as-is". We shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from Our servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, We shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any files from one of Our servers.
You may not access or use the Site or the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. The Site and Service may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
As a user of our Services, you agree not to:

- Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account and personal information such as, but not limited to user access credentials and other private information.
- Use any information obtained from the Site or the Service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site and Service.
- Use the Site or Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
We are unable to provide services to the following customers due to consistently negative experiences with bounce rates and spam reports:
- Leak forums. These are forums where users share compromised accounts for internet services.
- Adult forums. These are forums where users trade pornographic materials.
- Hundreds of emails at a time to any destination. If you send hundreds of emails at a time, we are unable to provide you with service.
- Signing up for a lot of accounts for a website using randomly generated email aliases or accounts.
- Forward-only service for domains.
As a budget provider we do rely on many of our automations to handle basic functions, and requests for manual intervention can take some time (more so when not impacting the functionality of the service). We will not tolerate being rude or threatening to our staff. We will not tolerate threats of chargeback/payment dispute as an attempt to escalate low priority issues that do not stop the service from functioning. Being rude or threatening (including threat of chargeback / payment dispute) will result in immediate account termination.
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of of this service is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all your accounts. This includes abuse of the server’s CPU and RAM resources to a degree that effects the performance of other customers on your server. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be cancelled without chance of refund. If you abuse system resources, you may or may not be contacted and offered options for accommodating or reducing usage prior to having your service terminated. Abusive processes, however, will be shut down prior to our attempts to contact you should we decide to contact you about such matters.
You are required to have valid SPF, DKIM, and MX records on domains that send through our service. Failure to do so results in reduced sending reputation for your domain and our IP addresses, which can result in us parting ways to ensure high quality sending for our other customers. The SPF and MX records are given to you in an email sent after you pay for service. Failure to comply with these requirements can result in suspension, or termination of the service.
Under no circumstances are any of our customers permitted to spoof “From” headers to display a a name they are not authorized to use. You are not authorized to directly send as (meaning the domain in the “From” header) any domain or name that you do not own, manage, or have authority to represent.
If your email behavior consistently harms the reputation of our IP addresses and causes delayed or failed deliveries for other customers, we reserve the right to cancel your service.
Outgoing spam from our servers will not be tolerated. Spam is defined as unsolicited e-mail. All mailing lists must be double opt-in, meaning that clients must sign up and then verify their e-mail address to be added to your mailing list. Violations of this policy will result in service termination.
These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your contributions; (2) use of the Site; (3) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (4) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms and Conditions; (5) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (6) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Site with whom you connected via the Site or Services.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.
You cannot use the service (including but not limited to):
- For illegal, unethical, or shady stuff (fraud, phishing, scam) etc...
- To cause any type of harm on others (play nice, ok?)
- To send spam (all kinds of spam. there are loads of services that offer this, and for cheaper prices)
- For political campaigns, marketing campaigns, etc... (of any kind)
- To invade others' privacy
- To abuse our servers or our service (100 people sending hundreds of legitimate email communications per hour is different from making 50 accounts to bypass limits)
- To abuse the unlimited offerings (there is a difference between 50 people signing up for an online account and signing up 50 accounts for yourself)
- To impersonate anyone you are not allowed to represent
- To damage our IP reputation in any way (IP reputation is our lifeblood here)
- To use our service to set-up and e-mail forwarding-only service.
If in doubt, please ask. We don't bite if you're just asking.
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
While using our Site and Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, physical address, email address, and any social networking service usernames or handles ("Personal Information").
Like many site operators, we may collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data").
This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
